Christmas Light Show

Every December, the Mineral Springs Baptist Church youth group has a fundraiser for the summer Camp Caswell trip known as the Christmas Light Show. The youth group always spends several evenings and weekends to prepare for the light show by stringing lights and setting up displays along a road adjacent to our church. During the night of the light show, visitors are able to enjoy a cup of hot cocoa, a bag of popcorn, and walk through an interactive journey of the true meaning of Christmas. After this, visitors take a tractor-pulled hay ride through the light show. Each scene in the light show is accompanied by an appropriate soundtrack and narrative. It is great fun for the whole family!
